Grilled Hawaiian Turkey Thighs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs turkey thighs
- 1 lemon, zest
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp sweet Asian chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- Green onions, sliced to garnish
Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients for marinade. Pour marinade over turkey thighs and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Heat up your grill. Grill turkey thighs until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
Serve with sides, such as grilled asparagus, watermelon and garlic bread.
