Ingredients

  • White Sauce
  • 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c white vinegar
  • 1/4 c apple juice
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • Kale Slaw
  • 4 c kale, chopped
  • 1/4 c carrots, shredded
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c Alabama white sauce
  • Sandwich
  • 2 c smoked pulled turkey
  • 1/2 c Alabama white sauce
  • 4 large bakery buns
  • 1 c kale slaw

Directions

White Sauce

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour before using.

Kale Slaw

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Best if chilled an hour before serving.

Smoked Pulled Turkey Sandwich Build

Mix the smoked pulled turkey with 1/3 cup of Alabama white sauce.

Divide the turkey onto the bottom of four buns. Top with 1/4 cup of kale slaw. Spread the remaining white sauce on the top buns, and add the buns on top.
