Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey tenderloin, cut in half, then divided into 1 1/2” pieces (about 8-10 tenders)
  • 2 c panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Turkey Prep

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pour the ranch dressing into a shallow bowl and set aside.

In a separate bowl mix the panko with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.

Dip the tenders, one at a time, into the ranch. Shake off the excess and place in the panko mixture, gently pressing the crumbs onto the turkey.

Time to Bake

Place tenders on the baking sheet, spray with a bit of olive oil cooking spray and bake for 8 minutes.

Flip each tender and spray once more with cooking spray and then bake for an additional 8 minutes until golden and crisp!

Serve

To serve, place the Baked Turkey Tenders on a platter alongside your favorite dipping sauces, think: BBQ, Frank’s Red Hot, blue cheese, ranch, ketchup, honey mustard, etc.

More from Turkey Smoke

What’s the deal? These aren’t smoked or grilled! Well, we just think Baked Turkey Tenders are a primo addition to any tailgate and go great with all of our grilled favorites. Bake your tenders at home in advance and use your rig to heat them up at the game. Or, turn up the temp on your grill or smoker, dust off the pizza stone and try cooking these over indirect heat.

Always be mindful of proper food safety techniques when handling/cooking turkey.
